A Manar RH busca Analista Operacional Import/Export para seu cliente na região do Itaim-Bibi em São Paulo.
Principais responsabilidades e conhecimentos desejados:
- Gestão das operações logísticas multimodais, garantindo follow-up diário aos clientes;
- Confecção, análise e emissão documental;
- Nos casos de importação: Desconsolidação no sistema Mercante;
- Gestão dos custos operacionais, sempre com o intuito de maximização de lucratividade;
- Faturamento e follow-up para pontual pagamento pelo cliente;
- Envio de valores a pagar para o gestor financeiro, de modo a assegurar sempre a quitação dos custos de maneira que as operações mantenham sua ideal fluidez operacional;
- Registro financeiro das operações no sistema da empresa, tanto em relação às receitas quanto aos custos, permitindo reporte ao gestor financeiro para ideal planejamento de fluxo de caixa;
- Auxílio ao Comercial na interação com fornecedores e agentes no exterior para obtenção de orçamentos em geral;
- Follow-up com clientes em relação a ofertas em aberto;
- Confecção de propostas comerciais
- Inglês avançado com habilidade de comunicação verbal
Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Efetivo CLT
Salário: a partir de R$6.000,00 por mês
