Our Growth Team partners closely with mid-market advertisers to develop solutions that build businesses and brands. We have an opening for a Team lead on our Client Solutions team who will be responsible for driving strategy and client service expectations within their specific team across the country. They will partner closely with the Pod Lead from Client Solutions and serve as the advocate for their category both internally and externally. They will manage a team of CSM's be expected to work closely with our product team to find digital media solutions for the team they represent. The Client Solutions Team Lead will have a deep knowledge of online media combined with excellent communication and analytical skills. Success in this position requires a focus on project/relationship management, education, team management, measurement and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok's unique and proven ability to drive client KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Become an expert for your team and be able to clearly articulate how TikTok can best serve these clients
- Work closely with the sales team to win, maintain and grow strong client relationships with our largest advertisers
- Leverage data to identify consumer trends and create best practices / playbooks that drive client business
- Coach Client Solutions Team on consultative, data driven campaign analysis and selling at scale
- Collaborate with leadership to establish a cohesive strategy for Sales and Client Solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok’s features and ad units and consult clients on TikTok product offerings and demonstrate expertise of product capabilities, measurement, attribution, and KPIs
- Establish processes to collect advertiser feedback to inform our product strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, identify, and implement effective and scaleable process for our growing Client Solutions team
- Work directly with product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues.
- Identify needs and help to build scalable processes for our growing Client Solutions team
- Manage and develop a team of Client Solutions Manager to deliver results against set goals
- Ensure a standard of excellence and flawless campaign execution across all teams within your team

**We expect**:

- At least 5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing;
- Experience in managing key accounts in diverse industries;
- Experience managing teams;
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges;
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance;
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel, SQL is a plus;
- Proficient in English and Portuguese.
