**About the role**
If you are passionate about Customer Support and want to make a difference in the daily lives of drivers and customers, join our team
**Responsibilities**
- Support the execution of operational support routines, such as sending documents, updating registration information, and providing general guidance
- Help drivers with supply-related matters and proactively resolve potential problems
- Log interactions in the customer service system (CRM), ensuring a complete history
- Support the team in communication campaigns with drivers and customers (e.g., sending standardized messages)
- Assist in collecting feedback through satisfaction surveys (CSAT)
- Contribute improvement suggestions based on daily interactions
**Requisitos**:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Previous experience in Customer Support
- Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve problems
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proactivity and focus on results
**Diferentials**
- Basic or advanced Spanish
- Experience in the logistics, transportation, or technology sector
