About the team
TikTok's Content Vertical team sits within our Operations teams whose goal is to understand and champion the needs of our creators and communities and build a strong and trusted global brand that celebrates the diversity and creativity of our users & our platform. Our team vision is to amplify the power of our global community and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are.

The Content Vertical team is focused on delivering key strategic insights, managing local partners and creators and driving core initiatives to develop our diverse content ecosystem and to ensure the success of our creator communities and key partners across core pillars of Music, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming and Lifestyle & Education

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of PGC/PUGC accounts for the Education content vertical (or more, depending on the project), being their liaison for best practices of content production;
- Establish strategic content partnerships to build brand awareness and positioning according to the product strategy in order to drive content growth;
- Day-to-day tasks such as partnership operations and activations, relationship maintenance, educational material preparation, conducting workshops;
- Resolving issues with and between content creators such as inappropriate or misleading content, or abuse of giveaways, ensuring our partners understand the platform guidelines;
- Work with cross functions to co-create local campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with business development and content development business
- Understanding of local content partner ecosystem industry
- Account management skills and time flexibility
- Ownership to cover the whole partner and creator acquisition chain (pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership)
- Ability to execute strategies and plans according to management planning
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Able to craft and convey strategies and data-driven decisions
- Advanced English (needed for internal communication with foreign peers)
- Available to travel on occasion
- Desirable: previous experience working with content about Finance / Entrepreneurship / Careers
