Position Overview

Our U.S. based client, a marketing & advertising agency, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through acquisition of new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your sales skills to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage in cold calling and prospecting to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts to maximize opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 6 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong skills in relationship building and client management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with cold calling and prospecting to generate leads.
- Ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for the Account Executive position ranges between $1,500 to $2,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
