Position Overview Location: Remote (Latin America Only) Timezone: PST Type: Full-time Our U.S. based client, a marketing & advertising agency, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through acquisition of new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your sales skills to achieve desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Engage in cold calling and prospecting to identify and connect with potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts to maximize opportunities. Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights and strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Essential Qualifications Minimum 2 years and maximum 6 years of experience in sales or a related field. Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong skills in relationship building and client management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with cold calling and prospecting to generate leads. Ability to close deals effectively and efficiently. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work. Salary & Benefits The salary for the Account Executive position ranges between $1,500 to $2,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
