As a Head of Small Business Sales, you'll lead and coach a high-performing sales managers team that uses sales skills to understand our advertisers ecosystem and deliver solutions that grow their businesses. You’ll lead relationships and sales engagement with small businesses in the market. In this role, you will enable your team to reach for ambitious business growth goals, and to grow their skills and careers at Google. You will work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and drive the day-to-day operations for the business.
