International company is looking for a _**Customer Service Executive**_ with a total focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience.
**Location**: Sao Paulo, Brazil (on site position) Live in Sao Paulo is a must
**What we are looking for**
- This position will be responsible for providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- At least a high school education.
- Advanced spoken English is a must
- Native Portuguese
- Other languages desirable - Spanish, Mandarin, etc.
- Advanced Excel and CRM management
- 2 years minimum experience in
1. Customer service and customer support skills
2. Customer satisfaction and customer experience skills
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Logistics or supply chain industry experience a plus
