Misión del puesto

Responsible for the South region and São Paulo Interior.

Roles y responsabilidades

You will be responsible for the South Region of Rappi, defining the strategy, initiatives and opportunities to develop the cities, guaranteeing that the foundations of our business are working.

Driving the projects and most important actions for your region, in a cross-functional way with other leaders in Rappi, you will be accountable for the performance of the business and P&L in your region.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to represent Rappi, as the most senior person for the region, internally and externally, with all our stakeholders. This also includes preparing internal and external materials to share your vision, asks and explain specific points of view.

Organization, focus, prioritization, people and stakeholder management skills, while driving under uncertainty are key for this position.

Información Adicional

Pre-requisites:
- +5 years of experience in Tech, Finance, Consulting and General Management Roles;- Direct and indirect leadership skills. People management is something you like to do;- Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills;- Entrepreneurial and willing to thrive in a high pace;- Able to build and foster long-term strategic relationships;- Project management;- Analytics mindset. Drive and guide an analysis that will generate value;- Located in the cities: Porto Alegre or Curitiba (South) / Rio de Janeiro (Centro);- Fluent in english. Desired fluency in Spanish.
