**Melita Marine Group is a leading company in the maritime industry, and we are excited to announce an opening for a Junior Sales Person within our dynamic team. This role is central to enhancing our customer engagement.**:
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Sales team in generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Support in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- To submit weekly reports.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and pack orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate to schedule and execute deliveries.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring they are handled with care.
- Maintain delivery records and update the system with delivery status.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory.
- Support to conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Help maintain a clean and organised storeroom.
**Skills And Competencies**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Familiarity with CRM practices will be considered an asset.
- Highly motivated and target-driven person.
- Good selling, negotiation and communication skills.
**Base Location**
- Malta (with the possibility to travel to Group Offices located in various areas in the Mediterranean).
