**Project Topics and Solutions**:
On the more technical aspect of the opportunity, we want to give you an idea of the topics you will work on:
Work with IT help-desk tickets, and engage with the core team to organize the daily activities;
- Respond to ticket owners and troubleshoot issues remotely as the work requires;
- Deploy computers (Windows based) and troubleshoot them when necessary, and onboard new and existing employees in the company with IT processes, policies, procedures, and technology;
- Keep the clients and the environment compliance with updates whenever possible;
- Manage and track computers and computer hardware and assign equipment to employees as needed;
- Troubleshoot technology hardware (computers, tablets, mobile, printers, network) issues;
- Engage with other IT support vendors and company to escalate network, software, and hardware issues;
- Be part of special projects with senior leadership and IT support vendors centered.

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Desire to try things out and get to grips with them, fail quickly, and focus on the functionality that matters;
- Understanding of distributed systems and micro-services.

- You are a proactive and collaborative team player, eager to share knowledge, automate and improve processes wherever possible.
