Work closely with HRBPs and Senior Leaders to identify learning gaps that resulted in poorer work performance in managers and team members;
- Develop actionable learning insights on to strengthen work performance through broadbased and functional skills and knowledge;
- Develop deep knowledge about specific functions and businesses through dept townhalls, team meeting shadowing, etc;
- Build actionable learning insights as part of the team and individual learning plan development;
- Adopt suitable learning approaches and methodologies according to the team's changing needs and pace in learning;
- Design learning initiatives that build and strengthen skills require for the targeted roles and functions in the team;
- Review and rethink learning approaches and methodologies to support how team and individuals can better perform in their roles over designated observation periods;
- Negotiate contract and follow up external vendors' deliverables.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree;
- Fluent in English (written, verbal and presentation);
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products;
- Experience in facilitation, training and/or public speaking;
- Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe Illustrator) a plus.
