Reporting to Brazil's Product Director, the **Product Manager** will focus on clients and guarantee alignment among market trends and opportunities with the strategy and development process. Manage product roadmap, product lifecycle, product owner team, and OKRs.

**How your next challenge looks like**:

- Working with a cross-functional team (CFT) to define all aspects of the product (Value prop/ specs/ TG etc) that needs to be launched to clients
- Creating a 3-year product roadmap to realize this vision, from MVP to market launch for clients aligned with other stakeholders (merchants and consumers)
- Driving the product development and in-life product management process
- Leading business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign-off, and release criteria
- Assessing Risks & Opportunities continuously & make course corrections, whenever needed during the product development process
- Managing the New Product Development (NPD) project management - feature prioritization, road map planning, and effectively managing projects
- Managing client's product owner team

**You’re a match if you have**:

- At least two years of experience **leading product management and product development initiatives.**:

- At least two years **managing teams**:

- An **advanced conversational English level** (mandatory)
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- An MBA or Master's degree (desirable)
- MS Office skills
- Skills to work autonomously, desire to challenge the status quo, and well-rounded leadership skills.
- Availability to work in a hybrid working model scheme in our Sao Paulo offices.

**We’ll be even more excited if you have**:

- Experience in **B2B2C** market in Brazil
