**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to oversee all aspects of our e-commerce shop operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless fulfilment, innovative merchandise development, and a strong alignment with our brand values. If you are passionate about fashion, logistics, and creating exceptional customer experiences, this is the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fulfilment Management**: Oversee order processing, packaging, shipping, and returns to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- **Merchandise Development**: Redesign and launch new merchandise in collaboration with the design team, ensuring alignment with our brand values.
- **Shop Maintenance**: Keep the e-commerce shop updated with the latest products, promotions, and designs.
- **Sourcing and Vendor Management**: Research and secure better deals for merchandise and fulfilment services to optimize costs.
- **Event Coordination**: Manage shop setups at all Sigma shows, ensuring a seamless customer experience on-site.
- **Brand Coordination**: Work closely with Sigma Play and Sigma Events to provide relevant, high-quality merchandise that complements their objectives.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with the design team to create exclusive Sigma-branded merchandise.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience in fulfilment and logistics is highly desirable.
- Background in fashion or merchandise development is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in merchandise design and branding.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.
