**Reporting line**:Chief Financial Officer

2 Days Home Office Locally

**Responsibilities**:

- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results
- Approve or reject budgets
- Conduct risk management
- Evaluate and decide on investments
- Supervise a team of Accountants
- Allocate resources and manage cash flows
- Conduct profit and cost analyses
- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
- Consult board members about funding options
- Recommend cost-reducing solutions

**Experience and mindset**
- Formal Education: Finance or Accounting Graduation, MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Solid experience in the Brazilian payment industry mainly on these areas: - Payables. Receivables and Accounting Management;
- Card Schemes and Alternative Payments;
- Local Payment Methods (PIX, Boleto)
- Anticipation;
- FDIC and Receivables Registration;
- Settlement via Clearing Chambers (CIP/CERC);
- Payment Institution Regulatory Reports;
- Credit and Prepaid Cards;
- Digital Bank Account;
