Estamos em busca de um(a) Researcher - Executive Search para compor o time de [Talenses], empresa especializada no recrutamento consultivo de lideranças. O desafio inclui prestar suporte ao time nos projetos de recrutamento e de mapeamento de mercado para posições de liderança em funções ligadas as áreas de Vendas, Marketing, Operações, Finanças, RH, dentre outras. Com particiação em todas as etapas do processo, desde as divulgações, registros de informações no sistema, interface com candidatos e clientes, até a elaboração de materiais e relatórios. O(a) profissional ideal deve ter experiência prévia em recrutamento e seleção e inglês intermediário/avançado.
