Our team in the sun-soaked São Paulo office is currently looking for an ambitious VIP Account Manager to join the team full-time. Here are a few reasons for you to join us: To help you take care of your physical and mental health: Health Plan with national coverageGym memberships through TotalPass To assist you on the day-to-day: Food vouchers to be used for groceries or restaurantsAn extensive range of premium snacks in the office, completely free For your Work-Life balance: 2 extra days off to be used per yearWe operate on a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration based on team and project needs As a VIP Account Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following: Design the relationship strategy for the clients classified as VIPDirectly manage the top High Roller clients with close monitoringAnalyze gameplay history, frequency, and behavior to prioritize actionsDefine cadence and action plans for the junior VIP ManagersValidate bonuses, campaigns, and tailored offers with the Marketing teamLead strategic meetings with the Head of VIP and CRM to align goals and opportunities Required skills:24 years in account management in tech and digital sectors. Experience in the online casino or iGaming industry is considered a strong plusProven track record managing high-value players across multiple marketsWillingness to work rotating shifts and the occasional weekend to support key VIP momentsExperience handling large monthly player portfolios with significant net revenue contributionsExcellent relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsStrong understanding of VIP psychology and retention tacticsReliable in logging and updating client interactions and engagement status in CRM systems. (e.g. Zendesk, Intercom, Backoffice tools)Comfortable using basic CRM and reporting tools (e.g. Fast Track, Optimove, Salesforce, internal dashboards)Comfortable with high levels of personalization and discretionData-savvy: able to analyze player data and identify revenue opportunitiesAvailable for high-touch engagement including off-hours support and VIP eventsFluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus but not required For our part, we are ready to provide you with our complete and comprehensive support to cope with this list of tasks successfully.
