Our Client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premium well over US$25 Billion (P&C). They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.

Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the HR function, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all HR processes.
  • Manage and submit employee data changes, validate accuracy of change forms, and maintain employment and departmental records in line with retention policies.
  • Utilize HR dashboards to monitor compliance, track outstanding actions, and follow up as needed, including ensuring proper processes during employee terminations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to confirm data, streamline workflows, and create efficiencies that enhance the employee and leader experience.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and the business, delivering timely feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Experience:

Skills:

·       Proficiency in English (Interview'll be in English)

·       Bachelor's degree.

·       Communications - Intermediate

·       Collaboration & Partnership - Intermediate

·       SAP - Entry Level

·       Excel – Intermediate

·       Office Suite - Intermediate
