Within our global Services organization, the
Remote Support Hub
plays a key role in our Next Generation Service Operations, providing 24/7 technical support to customers in over 160 countries. You will interact remotely with customers and internal teams, gaining exposure to global best practices and contributing to solutions that keep food safe and available everywhere. As a
Remote Support Specialist Associate
, you will join a team of experts who resolve the most complex and critical cases escalated from our customers' production sites. Working closely with senior specialists, you will learn to diagnose and solve advanced automation and equipment issues using industry-leading digital tools and methodologies in the food and beverage industry—helping customers keep their high-speed production lines running efficiently.

This position offers a unique opportunity to understand how our equipment and automation systems operate as a whole, combining mechanical and digital components to deliver reliable performance. You will be trained in our automation platforms, with a strong
focus on Beckhoff technologies and their ecosystem
, including TwinCAT and EtherCAT. Candidates with prior experience in automation programming—especially using Beckhoff—will have a strong advantage. Experience with other platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, or SCADA systems is also valued as a foundation.

This role is designed for recent graduates with a strong interest in automation, programming, and mechatronics—especially those who enjoy hands-on work and are curious about how industrial systems operate in real-world settings. While the position naturally aligns with profiles focused on industrial automation and system integration, we also welcome candidates from broader technical backgrounds who are eager to grow in this direction. This position will be based in Monte Mor, SP.

What you will do

As a Remote Support Specialist Associate, you will:

• Participate in the remote resolution of complex automation cases via phone, chat, and email for customers and Tetra Pak field teams;
• Lead remote troubleshooting sessions, document solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction before closing support cases;
• Collaborate with field engineers and global competence networks to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement;
• Support initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, availability, and performance;
• Continuously develop your technical and problem-solving skills through training and project participation.

Profile description:

We believe you have

• A recent degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other related technical fields;
• Basic programming knowledge, ideally in languages such as Python, C++, Pascal, or structured text used in industrial automation;
• A strong interest in industrial automation, equipment functionality, and how mechanical and digital systems interact in real-world production environments;
• Curiosity and a hands-on mindset, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of automation programming;
• Experience or familiarity with Beckhoff technologies (TwinCAT, EtherCAT) is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to other platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, or SCADA systems is also valued;
• A profile aligned more with automation programmers than traditional IT roles (e.g., network or server administrators);
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude;
• Willingness to work in a remote support environment, solving complex technical issues collaboratively and efficiently.
