A day in the life:

The Intern will collaborate closely with the dynamic Marketing Team and the Marketing Manager to fuel the strategic vision of our brand across the bottler territory. They'll drive alignment with the brand's electrifying marketing standards, objectives, strategies, and philosophies. As a vital part of the marketing powerhouse, the Intern will handle back-office activities with precision: 1) orchestrating product sampling and dealer loader for brand partners, ambassadors, and premium events. 2) Executing partner payments with efficiency, from new supplier registrations to invoicing and payment tracking. 3) Supporting Marketing Managers with seamless event coordination, logistics, planning, and execution. 4) Assisting in crafting compelling presentations, event recaps, and insightful reports. 5) Updating key performance indicators to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of our thrilling achievements.

The Intern will integrate key brand platforms—Gaming, Surf, Skate, MMA—into dynamic sales initiatives, leveraging these platforms to amplify and build powerful brand awareness through strategic trade marketing and integrated digital leverage platforms.

The impact you'll make:

  • Event / Sponsorship execution
  • Internal process ownership – supplier registration, product request
  • Athletes daily support – product delivery process
  • Branding- Ensure that all branding/ logo use is acceptable at least at all events and activations and is approved and under the direction of the Marketing manager.
  • Marketing Team Collaboration – Work with wider marketing team to ensure connectivity and consistency across programming. Ability to highlight key pivot points in planning and development so as to help optimize overall marketing output and delivery;

Who you are:


• Fluent in English.

• Education Level: university student

• Good oral communication, organized and writing skills competency

• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel competency

• Position requires independent judgment and initiative, strong attention to detail and driver for results

• Interested in events execution, brand activation

• Action oriented and able to work in a team-oriented environment

• Maintain a Monster brand-oriented image
