A Avantti Tecnologia busca um(a) Project Manager / Business Analyst para atuar em projetos estratégicos do cliente Cognizant Technology Solutions, conduzindo atividades de gestão de projetos e análise de negócios com foco em Workday.
O(a) profissional será responsável por coordenar releases, reuniões ágeis de priorização (stand-ups), planejamento de recursos e entregas, além de documentar requisitos funcionais, realizar análise de dados e atuar como SME (Subject Matter Expert) em configurações Workday.
Requisitos:
Gerenciar cronogramas, entregas e recursos em projetos de tecnologia;
Conduzir reuniões ágeis, como stand-ups, retrospectivas e sessões de priorização;
Elaborar apresentações executivas, planos de projeto e relatórios de status;
Realizar levantamento, documentação e validação de requisitos funcionais e técnicos;
Apoiar o time de configuração como especialista funcional (Workday SME);
Garantir o alinhamento entre as equipes de negócio, tecnologia e stakeholders globais;
Atuar na análise de dados e apoiar na tomada de decisão orientada por evidências.
Requisitos
Experiência sólida em gerenciamento de projetos e análise de negócios;
Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban ou similares);
Conhecimento em Workday (configuração e suporte funcional);
Capacidade de planejar e coordenar múltiplos releases de forma organizada e colaborativa;
Excelente comunicação e influência em ambientes multifuncionais e multiculturais;
Inglês avançado, com habilidade para conduzir reuniões e documentar em nível internacional.
