Job Description:
① Issue invoices (incoming and outgoing), reimburse expenses, receive inventory, record sales, prepare accounting vouchers according to Brazilian accounting standards, and submit them to the accounting firm on a regular basis.
② Review the local accounting firm's financial accounts and financial statements, ensuring timeliness and accuracy, and preventing risks and loopholes.
③ Manage funds inventory and conduct foreign exchange transactions at the bank.
④ Assist subsidiaries in addressing various local compliance risks and monitor compliance with local tax laws and the company's financial management system.
⑤ Provide financial liaison during business trips to Argentina (approximately one month).
Job Requirements:
① 3-5 years of financial work experience;
② Language Requirements: Basic English communication, reading and writing skills;
③ Skill Requirements: Ability to independently handle local accounting and monthly closing; Familiarity with local tax policies and tax filing procedures.
