About the role

Serve as the strategic leader of the Finance function, integrating controllership and financial oversight, ensuring strong controls, operational efficiency, and strategic support for business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate controllership and financial oversight information, ensuring consistent management reporting and strategic analysis.
  • Own FP&A, financial projections/forecasting, budgeting, and support for strategic planning.
  • Act as the primary financial point of contact for the executive team and global stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Lead and develop the existing team, ensuring integration across accounting, tax, treasury, and cash-flow management.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, implement automation and digitization, and drive greater operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic decisions related to new business initiatives, financial reorganizations, and potential M&A processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in financial management with broad exposure to controllership, audit, treasury, and FP&A.
  • Experience in multinational companies with reporting to headquarters.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strategic profile with strong leadership skills and the ability to integrate cross-functional teams.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance.
  • Advanced Spanish.
