Estamos buscando um(a) Sales Operations para fortalecer nossa equipe de Revenue Ops, garantindo processos comerciais mais eficientes, análises estratégicas e decisões cada vez mais orientadas por dados. Se você tem paixão por otimizar CRM, gerar insights de performance e atuar lado a lado com a liderança comercial, esta posição pode ser ideal para você.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Otimização de processos no CRM: mapear, revisar e aprimorar fluxos de trabalho, cadências e integrações, garantindo usabilidade e qualidade de dados;
  • Análise de performance: monitorar resultados comerciais no nível institucional e individual (por vendedor, squad ou canal), identificando tendências e oportunidades;
  • Geração de insights: criar e apresentar análises estratégicas para apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança;
  • Gestão de indicadores: desenvolver, manter e evoluir dashboards e relatórios de KPIs de vendas, conversão e produtividade;
  • Integração entre áreas: atuar como ponte entre vendas, marketing e customer success, garantindo alinhamento de metas, métricas e estratégias;
  • Projetos especiais: apoiar iniciativas de transformação comercial e implementação de novas ferramentas.

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida em Sales Ops, Revenue Ops ou áreas correlatas;
  • Domínio de CRM (preferencialmente HubSpot) e ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Looker);
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel/Google Sheets e manipulação de bases de dados;
  • Domínio de SQL será considerado diferencial;
  • Capacidade analítica forte, visão estratégica e foco em impacto no negócio;
  • Boa comunicação para apresentar análises e influenciar decisões;
  • Experiência em empresas B2B e/ou com times comerciais complexos será um diferencial.
