O que você irá fazer?

  • Desenhar e executar a estratégia de CRM/Lifecycle omnichannel, com segmentação e personalização, para ativação, engajamento e up/cross-sell da base, garantindo governança de contato, frequência e LGPD;
  • Liderar e desenvolver um time multidisciplinar, priorizando backlog por impacto, conduzindo rituais ágeis e promovendo cultura de experimentação, foco no usuário e entrega contínua;
  • Construir e priorizar o roadmap de evoluções de jornadas e produto em parceria com UX e TI, atuando como ponto focal e alinhando dependências, prazos e metas de negócio;
  • Produzir reports executivos e storytelling de performance, com transparência sobre riscos, dependências e plano de mitigação.

O que buscamos?

  • Graduação completa em áreas como: Administração; Marketing; Comunicação Social; Publicidade e Propaganda; Engenharia de Produção etc.
  • Experiência sólida (5–7+ anos) em Growth/Lifecycle/CRM para produtos digitais; Além de liderar times multidisciplinares;
  • Domínio de CRM/lifecycle e canais;
  • Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban), priorização por impacto e gestão de backlog;
  • Experiência com estratégias de Lifecycle é um diferencial;
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado.
