Team Overview and Job responsibilities: 

We are looking for a I&C Manager to join our team.  

Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for sales for both distributors and installers of electrical materials in RJ/ES/MG states.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

* Participate in plan definitions for the region, strategy and sales policy, analyze and keep up with the results and make action plans to achieve the goals.

* Prepare strategic planning with key clients, map target market, establishing measurement and bonus (rebate) criteria for growth.

* Seek information to evaluate competitors' sales actions, prospect market information, and evaluate and propose changes to achieve the objectives.

* Be responsible for conducting meetings and commercial presentations in your region at all levels of relationship with the clients.

* Coordinate and administer the sales activities. Prospecting new business opportunities to expand the product mix.

Who are we looking for?  

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations:

* Manage commercial activities (quotations, purchase orders, backlog, etc.)

* Ensure the best company's image in the market.

* Maintain the project pipeline updated with all the opportunities of the region, using the Sales Force tool.

* Manage the expenses to keep them within the approved budget.
* Elaborate sales tracking reports and action plans when necessary.
