Sales Support Manager
to join our
Process Industries
division team in Brazil. If you have experience leading proposal teams, industrial automation, and advanced software, and are ready to take on strategic and technical challenges, this opportunity is for you

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex proposal projects for the Process Industries market in the Americas region.
  • Develop Clean, Competitive, Compliant, and Compelling proposals that balance profitability and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure executable and profitable deliveries.
  • Use technical templates to prepare detailed and well-structured proposals.
  • Foster collaboration across Sales, Application Engineering, Operations, and Product Management.
  • Identify and manage risks related to proposals and contract agreements.
  • Lead and develop direct and indirect teams, promoting knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, technical field, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer proposal generation.
  • Experience in Process Industries (Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals, Food & Beverage).
  • Strong knowledge of industrial software (simulation, asset performance, sustainability, cybersecurity).
  • Ability to lead multi-skilled teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Fluent English and availability for international travel.

Differentials

  • Advanced degree (MBA or postgraduate).
  • Experience with industrial automation and advanced software.
  • Proven success in change management strategies.
