Job Description:

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1. Scheduling collection with those involved, using the internal Marken system.

2. Checking, issuing and consolidating shipping/shipping documentation and inclusion in the Marken internal system.

3. Ability to carry out tasks using third-party systems. Ex: Word Ship System

4. Issuing labels, sending manifests to those involved, reports, etc.

5. Issuance of transport documents. Ex: DRE, Ct-e, etc.

6. Submission of documents to the Anvisa System (Solicita)

7. Communication with other offices abroad for document verification.

8. Monitoring of logistics processes

9. Performing quotations.

10.Checking flights and reservations.

11.Billing and inclusion of costs in the internal Marken system.

12.Check and pay attention to the training that the company provides.

General

1.Coordination in service, valuing kindness and clarity in information.

2. Good communication with co-workers, customers and suppliers.

3.Ensure that all collections are carried out in accordance with the request of the collection center search

4.Ensure accuracy when checking documents required for export. Value the accuracy of all information entered the system (Maestro
