In this position, you'll be at the heart of our hiring process—connecting directly with candidates and helping them take the first step toward a career with Influence 2 Inspire.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates to introduce open opportunities.
  • Schedule interviews and confirm details with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage calendars to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through professional, friendly, and timely communication.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking English on the phone and building rapport quickly.
  • Reliable computer or laptop — no tablets or smartphones for work use.
  • Headset and quiet, distraction-free work environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with scheduling.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the Talent Acquisition field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Registered (or willing to register) as MEI (Microempreendedor Individual).
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
