Multinacional de grande porte do setor automotivo em busca de General Manager.
Responsabilidades:
- Gerenciar uma área geográfica específica/perímetro de linha de produtos ou múltiplas unidades fabris.
- Cumprir os compromissos orçamentários, medidos pela margem bruta e nível de estoque, bem como pelos gastos com CAPEX;
- Definir metas para seu perímetro;
- Gerenciar o P&L para conduzir as ações apropriadas com as unidades fabris e a equipe de suporte;
- Adaptar os recursos e custos do perímetro à variação de volume e à perspectiva do plano estratégico;
- Garantir a preparação para o lançamento de novos programas e contribuir para a aquisição e a convergência do plano de negócios;
- Desenvolver talentos e preparar futuros Gerentes.
Requisitos:
- Profissionais com experiência em turnaround de operações;
- Experiência prévia como plant manager/diretor industrial em plantas de alta complexidade;
- Experiência com sistemas produtivos e ferramentas de qualidade;
- Perfil com experiência e habilidades para desenvolver equipes e pessoas;
- Experiência em controle e gestão do P&L.
- Perfil com forte relação interpessoal e capacidade de influência interna, além da capacidade de desenvolvimento do relacionamento comercial com clientes chaves.
