Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Planning and Execution for the Americas Region

    ◦ Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and execute sales policies based on regional customer needs and annual sales plans.

    ◦ Manage collections: Evaluate customer creditworthiness, monitor credit status, and follow up on accounts receivable.

  2. Market Development in the Americas Region

    ◦ Execute regional market development plans to align with business strategies and sales objectives.

    ◦ Identify customer needs, explore potential clients, and enhance brand awareness.

  3. Collections Management

    ◦ Ensure timely accounts receivable follow-up in accordance with contract terms.

  4. After-Sales Support

    ◦ Coordinate and assist with after-sales activities, including delivery, installation, technical support, and maintenance.

    ◦ Gather customer feedback and address post-sales quality issues.

  5. Internal Coordination and Additional Duties ◦ Coordinate contract execution, production planning, shipping, and logistics with relevant departments.

    ◦ Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  1. Industry professional with a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

  2. Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.

  3. Portuguese as the primary working language, with English as a secondary language.

  4. Strong market research, communication, and learning capabilities.

  5. Adaptable and results-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R$16, R$26,000.00 per month
