Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.

What You'll Do

  • Compliance Framework & Governance - Establish and continuously optimize compliance management systems to ensure adherence to local laws and industry risk standards. - Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop preventive measures to minimize violations. 2.Regulatory Monitoring & Adaptation - Track legislative updates in real-time and adjust internal policies to align with evolving regulatory requirements. - Gather end-to-end delivery compliance information and facilitate consensus-driven decision-making with internal and external stakeholders. 3.Compliance Ecosystem Design - Design and implement compliance programs, including regulatory response mechanisms and policy optimization processes. 4.Risk Mitigation & Process Optimization - Identify compliance gaps through root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop contingency plans and maintain transparent compliance resolution mechanisms.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 2.8+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal roles, preferably within the gig economy, logistics, or food delivery industries. 3.In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labour laws and local regulatory frameworks, with the ability to interpret and operationalize policies. 4.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
