As a VX Maintain/Observe - Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of VX systems that power our operations worldwide. What You'll Do
- Monitor VX Maintain/Observe systems to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
- Respond to alerts and incidents, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate when necessary.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks and system health checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in support tools.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base articles and process documentation.
- Participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 coverage as required.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in technical support, system monitoring, or IT operations.
- Familiarity with VX platforms or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Comfortable using ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms or infrastructure monitoring.
