We are looking for talented professionals to join our Operations team This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and eager to solve complex business challenges. We are building a pipeline for multiple levels, ranging from Analyst (D5) to Manager (D7) roles, so if you know someone who would be a great fit, refer to them now
As part of the Operations / Strategy team, the selected candidates will play a key role in optimizing processes, analyzing marketplace behavior, and driving innovation. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. The ideal candidates will leverage data to develop strategies that impact pricing, demand, supply, and overall marketplace balance.
Role Responsibilities- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use internal and external data to support pricing strategies, operational improvements, and business growth.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify new opportunities and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Engagement & Optimization: Create strategies to improve driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency.
- Process & Product Improvement: Optimize existing workflows, support product enhancements, and ensure a seamless operational experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 - 5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, or strategy roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive initiatives and lead projects with a structured approach.
- Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills (SQL knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Fluent English is required for D6+.
