Du betreust als Key Account Manager*in strategische Banken und entwickelst diese ganzheitlich weiter.
Dabei identifizierst du Wachstumsfelder, orchestrierst ein virtuelles Account-Team und führst komplexe Deals auf C-Level zum Abschluss. Du verbindest Banking-Fachlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und übersetzt Business-Bedarf in skalierbare Lösungen. Mit klarer Ownership steuerst du Qualität, Profitabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
So positionierst du dich als Trusted Advisor für Geschäfts- und IT-Entscheider*innen.

  • Verantwortung für ausgewählte Schlüsselkunden im Banking inkl. Account- und Portfolio-Planung
  • Entwicklung und Abschluss von Opportunities; systematisches Funnel- und Forecast-Management
  • Aufbau und Pflege von C-Level-Beziehungen im Buying Center und Geschäftsentwicklung rund um Core Banking, Payments, Open Banking/APIs, Data & AI
  • Steuerung der Delivery-Qualität und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Koordination eines cross-funktionalen und virtuellen Account-Teams
  • Identifikation von Up- und Cross-Sell-Potenzialen und Erhöhung des Share of Wallet und Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtung zur Ableitung klarer Wachstumsinitiativen

Deine Skills

  • Ausgeprägte Bank-Fachlichkeit: Zahlungsverkehr, Kredit, Wertpapier, Regulatorik inkl. KYC und AML
  • Technisches Verständnis für IT-Architekturen, Cloud/Plattformen sowie Daten- und KI-Anwendungen
  • Nachweisbare Sales-Exzellenz im Grosskundengeschäft, inklusive Verhandlung auf C-Level
  • Starkes Stakeholder-Management und Präsentationskompetenz
  • Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise mit hoher Ergebnis- und Kundenorientierung
  • Erfahrung in komplexen, mehrstufigen Vertriebszyklen wie Solution Selling und Challenger Selling
  • Teamplayer*in mit Coaching-Mentalität für das virtuelle Account-Team
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher; weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
