Als Engagement- & Account Manager Banking verantwortest du ein anspruchsvolles Kundenportfolio im Finanzsektor mit signifikantem Umsatzvolumen. Du kombinierst Kunden- und Vertragsmanagement mit Geschäftsentwicklung und bist zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in auf Management-Level. Dein Ziel ist die Sicherung und Steigerung von Umsatz, Profitabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen im Banking-Sektor
Verantwortung für laufende Verträge inkl. Verhandlungen, Erweiterungen und Profitabilität
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vertragskonditionen und Governance
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Up- und Cross-Selling Opportunitäten
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Account- und Opportunity-Plänen
Führung und Koordination eines virtuellen Account-Teams
Deine Skills
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung im ICT- und Banking-Umfeld
Technische Grundausbildung im ICT-Bereich ist von Vorteil
Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Grosskunden im ICT-Umfeld, idealerweise im Banking- oder Finanzsektor
Fundierte Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement und in komplexen Vertriebsprozessen
Nachweisbare Erfolge im Auf- und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen auf Management-Level
Leadership- und Coaching-Kompetenz
Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
