Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Experience with Google's Ads products.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

In this role, you will be a key driver of Google's advertising business growth, focused on building strong customer relationships and delivering effective advertising solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify customer needs. You will build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. You will oversee the entire campaign life-cycle, from development and launch to ongoing optimization and performance analysis. You will leverage internal and external data to identify trends, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive business outcomes. You will maintain a deep understanding of Google Ads products.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer objectives into measurable KPIs, propose appropriate Google Ads or SA360 solutions, and secure buy-in.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, working collaboratively to achieve mutual business goals.
  • Analyze the market and customer landscape to uncover business and growth opportunities, and determine the investment needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and launch effective advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they are meeting customer KPIs and driving long-term growth and analyze internal and external data to identify trends, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
