Location: São Paulo, Brasil
This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you.

Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various low-medium complexity analytical reports.
Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.
Support GBS -GCO business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.
To be an integral part of a comprehensive design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Criar e entregar requisitos do cliente conforme SLAs acordados.
  • Garantir a entrega dos serviços utilizando abordagem estruturada de gestão de projetos, com documentação e comunicação adequadas durante todo o processo.
  • Assegurar qualidade e precisão das entregas, mantendo os mais altos padrões.
  • Cumprir prazos de entrega dos projetos conforme cronogramas estipulados.
  • Apoiar na criação e manutenção de procedimentos operacionais padrão (SOPs).
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e manutenção de repositórios de conhecimento com relatórios qualitativos e quantitativos.
Essential Requirements
  • Experiência em Gestão de Operações e Execução.
  • Experiência em Gestão de Projetos.
  • Experiência de 3 a 4 anos na área de Inteligência de mercado.
  • Vivência na indústria farmacêutica (preferencialmente em Oncologia/Hematologia/Doenças Raras).
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas como Power BI e Alteryx.
  • Pensamento analítico e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
  • Inglês avançado (oral e escrito).
Desirable Requirements
  • Conhecimento em Marketing Digital e Estratégico.
  • Experiência com comunicação de marketing e elaboração de planos estratégicos.
  • SQL
