We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager
to lead the planning and execution of product launches and commercial initiatives across Brazil. This role will act as the bridge between product, sales, marketing, and channel teams, ensuring that every launch achieves maximum market impact and aligns with realme's brand strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new smartphone and AIoT products, from launch to post-launch lifecycle.
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences.
- Collaborate with sales, retail, e-commerce, and distribution partners to design activation plans that maximize market penetration.
- Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance) to align on timelines, pricing, promotions, and launch priorities.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market trends, and consumer insights to inform GTM plans and refine execution.
- Manage product launch calendars, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless coordination across channels.
- Monitor and report launch performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and customer experience across offline and online touchpoints.
Requirement for the position

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related functions within consumer electronics, smartphones, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and channel dynamics (retail, telco, e-commerce).
- Proven track record of executing successful product launches in competitive markets.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and translate into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
- Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus.
