Atividades:

  • Gerenciar um portfólio de clientes altamente qualificados, executivos C-Level como CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Presidentes e Vice-Presidentes de grandes empresas atuantes no mercado imobiliário brasileiro como Bancos, Incorporadoras, Family Offices, Gestoras de Investimentos, Property Companies, Consultorias, entre outras;
  • Renovar os contratos existentes por meio de relacionamentos sólidos e de confiança com os clientes (retenção do portfólio);
  • Expandir os contratos através da identificação de oportunidades de Upsell, Upgrade e Cross-sell (expansão do portfólio);
  • Atender clientes de forma proativa (contato recorrente), construir e manter relacionamentos eficientes, estratégicos e consultivos, de longo prazo, assegurando alto nível de satisfação ao cliente e uma experiência elevada no pós-venda;
  • Participação em Conferências e eventos exclusivos (petit comité) com objetivo de estreitar relacionamento com o portfólio de clientes.

Requirements

  • Graduação Completa;
  • Boa oratória e escrita;
  • Ser didático(a) e focado(a) no cliente;
  • Habilidade para solucionar problemas e tomar decisões;
  • Capacidade de priorização e de lidar com múltiplas tarefas simultâneas.

  • Ter experiência com CRM (SalesForce);
  • Experiência prévia com Relacionamento com Cliente;
  • Ser data-driven;
  • Conhecimento no idioma inglês.
