We are looking for a Business Development Manager (M/W) to support and help us in Hispanic South America, including Panamá.
Job Overview
Rotarex Firetec is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Fire Suppression Solutions team in the designated regions. The successful candidate will be based in Brazil and will have a proven track record in the fire suppression industry. The role involves driving business growth and sales of Rotarex Fire Suppression solutions, with a focus on developing the markets of counties in South America (excluding Brazil) and expanding into Panamá.
Office location in Brazil: Valinhos, São Paulo
Remote work: This position may be performed remotely
Responsibilities and Duties
- Sales Execution: Oversee sales presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures, ensuring alignment with Rotarex objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rotarex Fire Suppression products to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Goals: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals, driving the regional market's growth and profitability.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor team performance and provide reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, local language Portuguese.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the fire suppression industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business and achieve targets.
- In-depth knowledge of fire suppression technologies and market dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory about 50 to 70% of time.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages relevant to the territory.

Education and Training Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
