We are looking for a
Senior Technology Manager
to lead and inspire the engineering teams. You will be responsible for delivery, planning, and execution, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This is a high-visibility role where you'll partner with product managers, principal engineers, and stakeholders across the organization to deliver technical excellence in one of the most dynamic industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth execution of priorities, balancing capacity, expertise, dependencies, and risks.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Principal Engineers on short- and long-term technical and commercial roadmaps.
  • Be the ambassador of the technical vision for your segment; step in during production incidents.
  • Lead a team of ~25 (3 Principal Engineers L1, 3 Team Leads, 1 ADL, and indirect software engineers). Oversee 1:1s, PIPs, PDPs, and performance reviews.
  • Keep teams motivated, inspired, and aligned with corporate goals. Promote a culture of growth, learning, and accountability.
  • Build trust with cross-functional teams, maintain transparent communication, and shield your teams from external distractions.
  • Act as a bridge between local teams and HQ, ensuring autonomy and alignment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in management roles, leading teams of 20+ engineers.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to dive deep when needed.
  • Experience with large-scale, high-traffic systems where uptime and performance are critical.
  • Advanced English for daily collaboration with HQ and global stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in delivery management, roadmap execution, and people leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience in international contexts.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage performance reviews, growth plans, and team structure
