Atua na manutenção de circuitos, resolução de problemas de conectividade e suporte ao cliente, com foco em qualidade, precisão e cumprimento de prazos.Responsabilidades
  • Apoiar na instalação de racks e equipamentos conforme desenhos técnicos (Visio, planilhas).
  • Interpretar planos de instalação e executar conforme especificações.
  • Instalar e reparar circuitos com terminações avançadas de fibra óptica, patch panels e DIOs.
  • Priorizar tarefas com base nas filas de chamados em plataformas como Siebel e Jarvis.
  • Resolver problemas relacionados a circuitos trocados, multiplexados e cross connects.
  • Realizar troubleshooting em conjunto com equipes internas de Networking, NOC e suporte.
  • Atender clientes para resolução de problemas de conexão e equipamentos.
  • Instalar, testar e modificar cross connects conforme procedimentos operacionais padrão (SOPs).
  • Gerenciar adequadamente cabos coaxiais, de fibra, de cobre (par trançado) e cross connects.
  • Apoiar projetos de modificação de cages e infraestrutura.
  • Manter registros detalhados e precisos de todas as atividades realizadas.
  • Gerenciar e abrir incidentes conforme necessário.
  • Contribuir para a satisfação do cliente por meio da execução precisa e pontual de pedidos.
Qualificações
  • Experiência com instalação de equipamentos e infraestrutura de redes.
  • Conhecimento técnico em cabeamento estruturado (fibra óptica, coaxial, cobre).
  • Capacidade de interpretar desenhos técnicos e planos de instalação.
  • Familiaridade com plataformas de chamados como Siebel e Jarvis.
  • Habilidade em troubleshooting e resolução de problemas técnicos.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes para registro de atividades.
  • Foco em atendimento ao cliente e cumprimento de prazos.
  • Desejável experiência em ambientes de data center ou telecomunicações.
  • Disponibilidade para escala de trabalho 12x36, com horários de 18h às 22h e 23h às 06h.
