OVERVIEW:

Quartile's Center of Excellence (COE) is building out its Enablement domain to equip Client Success (CS) teams with advanced tools, frameworks, and training that elevate the client conversation. We are creating an Integrated Strategy and Insights function, responsible for enabling CS teams to holistically leverage Quartile's most advanced reporting capabilities and translate them into actionable strategies for clients.

This role drives the day to day analytics that power our insights and continuously evolves the group's methods, data pipelines, and playbooks. You will connect multiple data sources, develop and maintain repeatable trackers and templates, and deliver client-ready outputs that help CSMs deliver strategic recommendations with speed and accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting—ideally within an agency, marketplace, or eCommerce environment
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR), forecasting principles, and market share dynamics across marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart
  • Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data
  • Strong command of data visualization and storytelling best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and reproducibility
  • Strong analytical thinker who can connect data findings to business implications
  • Ability to clearly communicate methods, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable managing multiple deliverables and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative approach—able to work cross-functionally with CSMs, domain leads, and other analysts

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Data Preparation and Structure: Work across multiple data sources and tools to extract, clean, and organize datasets for analysis
  • Continual Improvement: Proactively identify, test, and implement enhancements to workflows, templates, automation, and analytic capabilities, document changes, and scale best practices across the function
  • Ad Hoc Analyses: Execute client specific analysis requests with clear assumptions and timely turnarounds
  • Recurring Market Tracking: Run weekly trackers, category reports, and sponsorship reads with high accuracy and on time delivery for key accounts
  • Client Ready Outputs: Prepare and deliver concise outputs that consolidate and translate advanced analyses data into strategies
  • Trend Monitoring: Track new entrants, share shifts, pricing moves, and other market changes and flag actionable findings to stakeholders
  • Standards and Playbooks: Maintain and update standardized templates and playbooks to ensure consistency and reuse across analyses
  • Front Line Support: Serve as first line support to Account Managers on advanced analyses questions and escalate complex cases to the lead as needed
