About the Role

JJ Associates is looking for a
Customer Success professional
to join our Brazil Regional Hub. This role ensures client satisfaction, retention, and seamless post-delivery operations — acting as a key link between clients, partners, and internal teams.

You'll manage client relationships, track ongoing projects, and support our operational excellence across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients after delivery.
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups and prepare project status reports.
  • Monitor service quality and proactively resolve client concerns.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Maintain updated records in the firm's CRM system.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure transition between sales and delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to Partners and assist with client meetings and events.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, or a related field
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    Customer Success, Account Management, or Administration
    .
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in
    Portuguese and English
    (Spanish is a plus).
  • Familiarity with
    CRM tools
    (HubSpot).
  • Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented professional.
