Responsável pela visão do produto com base na estratégia da TOTVS, gerenciando o desenvolvimento de conteúdo de produto e priorizando o desenvolvimento do software (roadmap). Visando garantir a evolução e rentabilidade do portfólio de produto.

O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER:

  • Promover o desenvolvimento da equipe em hard skill e soft skill considerando o plano de carreira desejado, participando das cerimônias ágeis do time e colegiados de avaliação de performance.
  • Criar e manter um time de alta performance, por meio do levantamento do perfil necessário e seleção adequada de candidatos.
  • Desdobrar as metas da companhia e do segmento/plataforma para o dev team para o atingimento dos resultados estratégicos, a partir dos insumos obtidos do Product Manager e Agile Coach.
  • Desenvolvimento do onboarding do novo funcionário e realização de ações de motivação e engajamento. Análise de elegíveis para ações salariais e ações de reconhecimento (treinamentos e programas de valorização).
  • Garantir o cumprimento da legislação, por meio de acompanhamento das horas extras, férias, rescisões, banco de horas, aposentadoria, entre outros itens relacionados a legislação trabalhista brasileira.
  • Assegurar a entrega das metas dos times para o atingimento dos objetivos da estratégia da TOTVS, a partir do desdobramento da estratégia corporativa, alinhamento e acompanhamento da evolução das entregas do time.
  • Disseminar a cultura TOTVS e Ágil, sendo um exemplo dos valores éticos. Influenciando o mindset colaborativo, por meio das interações nas cerimônias ágeis.
  • Participar da tomada de decisão relacionada à estratégia de gestão de pessoas junto ao Tribe Lead (responsável pelo segmento/plataforma) por meio de aconselhamento/insumos, levando em consideração a experiência do Team Lead.
  • Capacitar e desenvolver sucessores de suas squads, de modo que seja possível contratar e reter talentos para o time, a partir da aplicação de feedbacks constantes e ações on the job.
