Role Description

  • Being proactive and conscientious in solving assigned tasks adapted to the level of competence.
  • Involvement in a variety of processes and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Updating and maintaining HR records in accordance with global and local processes
  • Scanning and archiving of documentation
  • Data cleanup
  • Perform some TA Administration tasks on demand (inc. interview scheduling).

Job specific competencies:

  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Good in MS office and related software
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) and Spanish
  • Flexible and "can do" attitude aligned to the LEO values
