WM System Process Manager

What are your main tasks?
  • Optimize WM Processes – Analyze and improve SAP WM/EWM, MES, and automation system processes across receipt, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Continuous Improvement – Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methods to boost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and system performance.
  • Project Management – Lead WM and automation projects from planning to implementation, across multiple sites.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with logistics, operations, and IT teams to align system enhancements with business goals.
  • Change Management – Drive user adoption and manage change during system rollouts and upgrades.
  • Performance Monitoring – Develop KPIs and dashboards to track automation throughput, inventory accuracy, and system integration.
  • Training & Support – Train warehouse and logistics personnel on SAP WM/EWM and automation best practices.
What are your qualifications?
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in SAP WM/EWM, warehouse automation, and MES environments, with a focus on logistics process improvement.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies in warehouse/logistics environments.
  • Skilled in process mapping, KPI tracking, and data analysis related to warehouse performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities; high attention to detail.
