Como New Customer Program Representative, você fará parte de uma equipe incrível que tem a missão de proporcionar uma ótima experiência para nossos novos clientes, através do suporte e atendimento, contato com empatia e disposição para administrar uma variedade de responsabilidades que podem mudar diariamente, de acordo com as necessidades de negócio.
- Ser responsável por auxiliar nossos clientes nas solicitações relacionadas a um serviço, consultas, dúvidas e oportunidades, dando um andamento resolutivo que gere uma experiência positiva aos nossos clientes.
- Manter registros atualizados sobre a realização de seu trabalho diário, documentando detalhes de atendimento, bem como ações realizadas em nossas ferramentas, incluindo, validando e rastreando leads de forma correta.
- Organizar prioridades de trabalho diariamente, com realização de segmentação de clientes e rede de contato em áreas parceiras que facilitem a realização de seu atendimento, interagindo com clientes e colegas de trabalho de maneira oportuna, paciente, diplomática e profissional.
- Participar ativamente de projetos, eventos ou treinamentos da área, mantendo bons fundamentos, conhecimentos e conceitos do segmento ortodôntico/dental.
- Realizar qualquer outra tarefa que seja atribuída pela liderança da área, conforme necessidade de negócios.
- Ter Ensino Superior em andamento em Administração de Empresas, Negócios, Marketing ou áreas similares.
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções administrativas, de atendimento ao cliente ou suporte, de preferência no setor de saúde.
- Paixão por ajudar clientes, trabalhando em soluções com foco no cliente e resolução de problemas.
- Organização, disciplina e capacidade de concentração.
- Afinidade com a tecnologia, pensamento ágil e vontade de aprender.
- Proatividade, Flexibilidade e saber trabalhar em equipe.
- HABILIDADES DE COMUNICAÇÃO:
- Capacidade de ler e interpretar documentos básicos.
- Capacidade de escrever relatórios de rotina e correspondência.
- Capacidade de se comunicar de forma eficaz com clientes internos e externos.
- HABILIDADE NO COMPUTADOR:
- Familiaridade com o ambiente Windows.
- Capacidade de aprender aplicativos de software rapidamente.
