Estamos em busca de um(a) Paid Media Specialist com sólida experiência em paid search e paid social para atuar em um de nossos clientes globais, integrando um time de marketing dinâmico.

Este(a) profissional será responsável pelo planejamento, execução e otimização de campanhas para maximizar ROI e alcançar os objetivos de negócio.

Nosso escritório está localizado em Chicago (EUA), mas a posição é totalmente remota.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, applying data-driven strategies to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize ad copy, creative assets, and targeting strategies.

Budget Management

  • Allocate and monitor campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Provide regular reports on budget utilization and performance.

Research & Targeting

  • Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for precise targeting.
  • Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, Brightedge, or similar platforms.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, design, and analytics teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to improve creative assets and ad copy.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Set up and maintain tracking systems (Google Analytics, UTM tags, etc.).
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years managing paid search and paid social campaigns, with proven results.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads.

  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
  • Bid strategies, conversion tracking, retargeting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, communication and collaboration skills, detail-oriented, project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM tools (Salesforce, Marketo).
